On June 26th, 2015, the 2nd Annual Survivor’s Fashion Show inspired hundreds of breast cancer survivors and proved, once again, that hope conquers all.
Featuring cancer survivors as both runway models and designers—this year’s showcase included cancer survivor Elizabeth “Liz” Luque’s Fancy Swimwear line and an exclusive line from Philippine native and fashion designer Carmeli Bantug, who lost her mother to cancer—and performance by Lisa Lewolt, Travis Miller, Sade Champagne, and RnB singer Goapele, the show built on the success of the 2014 Survivor Fashion Show. Hosted by E! Network TV host Alex Wehrley and pop singer Chris Trousdale, the event raised money for the American Cancer Society, Relay For Life, and the Cancer Concierge Network, a non-profit organization founded by Breast Cancer Survivor, Elizabeth Scott Wise. Sponsors included RnB Magazine, Risque Wine, Paul Mitchell Schools, Unique Cosmetics, Speedpro Long Beach, Buzz of LA, and more.
