It was an honor to host the International Fashion Supermodel (IFSM) Contest for the second year in a row on October 29, 2013 at our complex. IFSM is an annual contest that is held in search for top supermodels from around the world. Over 20 models representing over 20 nations competed for the title of Miss International Fashion Supermodel. All the aspiring models got exposure to the Fashion modeling world and a chance to interact with others like themselves, but from different cultures and nations. The winner gets a grand prize for an all expenses paid trip to China.
To add to the beauty of the models, there was a fascinating lighting show that illuminated the stage and the models on their cat walk. The event featured a red carpet reception with guest appearances, the fashion modeling show, live entertainment including a DJ, VIP gift bags, and of course our delicious fine dining. A red carpet event like no other; the hundreds of attendees included fashionistas, entertainment industry professionals, and celebrities from all areas of the world. People were talking that this was the most amazing cultural event of the world and what better place to have this event then at the Taglyan Cultural Complex; we love to bring different cultures together!
