Gospel Goes to Hollywood Celebrates at Taglyan Complex

Hosts Wendy Raquel Robinson and Terry Crews were phenomenal at the Gospel Goes to Hollywood Awards Luncheon at Taglyan Cultural Complex, which celebrated stories of faith in Los Angeles.

The event included a special tribute to Whitney Houston. Among the performers were CeCe Winans, Donnie McClurkin, and Angelina Christie Friday.

Wendy Raquel Robinson, actress on the hit BET show “The Game,” and Terry Crews, actor of the TBS sitcom “Are We There Yet?” and movie “The Expendables 2,” honored Loretta Divine, Bill Duke, and Curtis King. They shared stories of hope, overcoming adversity, and inspiration through faith.

Proceeds from the event went to The Helping Hands Foundation to raise money and awareness for abused women and children.
